Welcome friends and fans! I’m G.A. Morgan, and I’m excited to announce the publication of the last book in The Five Stones trilogy: The Kinfolk. For those of you familiar with what’s been happening on Ayda, you will quickly be re-immersed in a world full of danger and challenges. In The Kinfolk, Evelyn, Frankie, Teddy, Chase, and Knox are tested in ways they could never have believed that day they all climbed aboard the Thompsons’ Whaler and set out to sea.
For those of you yet to encounter my rag-tag bunch of heroes and the world they stumble into, I encourage you to start with The Fog of Forgetting, the first book in the trilogy. And then there is Chantarelle, the second book—and not to be missed. Both these books have been awarded the Silver Moonbeam award for pre-teen fantasy.
The Kinfolk comes out on October 25, 2016. I’ll be coming to some bookstores and schools and libraries on the east coast in the fall, and hopefully to a town near you soon! I met you at the book signing at the mall , and we are both Sagatarius. So far the book is great. I find it very exiting, and I showed the book to my teacher , and friends at St.Brigid school.
We (my oldest son and I ) checked this book out at one of our local libraries for summer reading. He is 10 and we both peaked interest. I read it first before him so as to preview it and loved it. I can’t wait for the second book. It has you hooked after 3 chapters. If you get that far you are reading it until the end. Great job.
I love the trilogy so far but I have only read the 1st book. I love Teddy! He is so cute and the way he talks is adorable. Sometimes though I have to reread what he says like when he said, “Like thky crothingth!” to Hesam. I was totally confused but then I replaced the “th” with s in my mind so I could read it. But anyways great book!
